The best way to clean the swimwear is a cold handwash. After that rinse well, but do not wring it. Let it dry naturally to guarantee best long life of your swimwear.

DO NOT wash it in the washing machine and DO NOT use the dryer.

After opening the product, the approximate shelf life is up to 6 months.
It is best to store the skincare products at room temperature. Kindly make sure the products are not in direct sunlight.

All the skincare products sold on the Valendream website have a certificate, they are ECOCERT certified or all vegan and organic guaranteed by the manufacturer

For the swimwear products we have a checklist. The focus is on the next questions;

  • Are the products made of sustainable and natural products?
  • Are the products locally sourced and handmade?
  • Is the process animal friendly and vegan?
  • Is the swimwear collection made under fair and honest working conditions?

Yes we do! Currently, we ship to the Netherlands, all countries in the EU and Canada.

We are always working to grow and expand our reach, so if your country isn’t listed, please contact us and we will look into the possibilities.

What shipping methods are available?

Europe Shipments to the Netherlands and the rest of the EU are sent via My Parcel; the shipping rate within the Netherlands is €5,95 for a package for orders under €100,-. Delivery in the Netherlands is free with an order of more than €100,-.

Delivery to the rest of the EU is free with an order over €150-.For shipping rates in Europe; click here Canada.

Shipments within Canada are sent by Canada Post and the shipping rate is CAD $10,- (€6,57) for orders up to €100,- (CAD $150,-). For orders over €100,- (CAD$150,-) the shipping rate is free.

You can pay with any major credit card and Paypal. These methods of payments are completely safe and secured.

Yes, you will receive the order confirmation in your e-mail when the shipment is on your way. This is an automated e-mail. For questions, we advise you to email us at info@valendream.com.  We are available to assist you!

Products you have ordered with us will be packed with care and love. We send your favourite products in sustainable packaging that protect your purchases during the shipping. We wish you a lot of fun unwrapping your order!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 14 days after your purchase. First send an e-mail to info@valendream.com so that we can send you the details you need for the return. Please also let us know if you would like to receive another replacement product, or if you wish to get a refund. The product has to be returned in the official packaging, unopenend and unworn, otherwise we won’t be able to take the product back! Shipping cost and returns are non-refundable. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment

When you receive a damaged packaging, we advise you to not accept the shipment and email us at info@valendream.com

If you would like to cancel your order, please send the cancellation by email within 24 hours to info@valendream.com Once your order has been packaged and shipped, we will be unable to cancel the purchase.

Valendream does not have a call center; we are not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls at present. As a small company, we would prefer to not leave you on hold for a long period of time, and wish to address all your questions as quick as possible.
